Water and Rodent Non Return Valves

• Stops backflow of effluent into properties, businesses and homes during flooding. Used extensively in properties on flood plains.

• The flap has an inbuilt stainless steel plate to stop rodents biting through, providing efficient pest control.

• Stops rodents, frogs, snakes and other vermin from entering homes, businesses and other properties.

• Also prevents noxious fumes from entering properties. Ideally suited to the food and catering sector.

• A lockable flap allows you to close down entry pipes to inspection chambers to allow essential maintenance to be carried out.

• The valve is completely re-usable when used for maintenance purposes.  The valve can be inserted while work is carried out then removed and used again.

• Unique funnel shaped body design means the flow of water is increased when passing through the unit; reducing blockages

6 Inch/150mm Water and Rodent Non Return Valve Features

• Comprises a Type 0 Anti-flooding device as per EN 13564-1:2002 (non-return valve) for use in commercial or domestic lateral drains serving multiple properties.

• Designed as a retrofit device to fit into the outlet of DN150 plastic or 6” clay pipes discharging into brick or concrete chambers or to fit into preformed plastic manhole bases (in accordance with BS EN 1329-1:2000), located external to the building.
